International Women’s Choir

The International Women’s Choir meets at JZ School on Wu Kang Lu every Tuesday from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. This is a no-audition required fun group.  Conductors, instrumentalists, and piano players are welcome, too.  Meet new friends while enjoying singing. Please contact Theresa at choir@seashanghai.org.
*Note: The choir will be on winter break from November 14 (after the SEA Festive Coffee performance) and resume spring session on Tuesday, January 16.

Keto Kitchen

Overweight, in pain and inflammation, not enjoying good health? Join us on the last Wednesday of the month at 10:30am. Members of this group will learn about a ketogenic diet, why it’s beneficial, what foods to eat, to avoid and how to cook delicious dishes. The keto diet is a low carbohydrate diet, high fat diet (LCHF). Weight loss and better health journeys are difficult, so this group will provide a support network with extended groups and links on the internet to provide more information. Contact Mamie at cooking@shanghai.org for more details.

Mahjong

This very social group meets every Friday at 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Beginners welcome. For more information, please contact mahjong@seashanghai.org. Click SEA Mahjong to access mahjong rules.
