Small Group Activity

To join a SEA Small Group activity, you must be a SEA member. The SEA is always looking for new group ideas and leaders (SEA members) for these groups. Please contact smallgroups@seashanghai.org with your suggestions.

Architecture Study Group

This inquisitive and informal group of 15 members meets at 10:00 am on the second Tuesday of each month from September to June.  Each group member commits, alone or with another member(s), to research and lead at least one walk per year.  The group focuses on Shanghai architecture/history/culture and does so in the context of interpretive walks lasting about two hours and ending someplace for a casual lunch.  No architecture degrees or background are required, just a strong interest in Shanghai architecture combined with a love of walking.  For more information, please contact Julie Chun at julie.artandgallery@yahoo.com.

FRIDAY BOOK CLUB

If you are a book lover and enjoy an intellectual discussion about what you’ve read, this is the group for you!
