Tapa’s Class at El’s Kitchen
THIS TIME Els’ Kitchen offers a new cooking class for us. Join us for a hands-on class where we will make tapas (finger foods) in a casual, supportive, and fun environment!
We will learn the proper techniques of cooking tapas. We will also talk about menu, cooking, planning, and focus on food presentation and garnishing. (And yes, you get to eat what you cook!)
Tapas menu: Morrocan Style Hummus with Wild Rice, Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms, Shrimp Butterflies in Sherry Sauce, Garlic Chicken in Tomato Sauce, Crostini with Sardines Pate.
