Unfortunately this event has been cancelled. Chef Kanika Khanna worked in the European kitchen of a Luxury Collection hotel in India before relocating to Australia, where she worked at a modern Mediterranean restaurant. Here in Shanghai, she caters and teaches cooking classes out of her home. Join us in Kanika’s Kitchen as she demonstrates how to make three western dishes: chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and ricotta, baked vegetables, and apple crumble. Afterwards, learn more about Chef Kanika as we sit together for lunch.
