An exciting introduction to Lebanese cuisine, vegetarian style! This 3-hour class begins with a warm welcome to Hanady’s home, where she will host a demonstration style cooking class. You will learn how to make tabouli, vegetarian grape leaves, and mjaddara (a delicious lentil and rice dish with caramelized onions). Hanady will have opportunities for hands-on helpers who like to get involved! In addition to learning to make these delicious dishes, we will be served a Lebanese dessert, Arabic tea, and a glass of wine.
