The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to make three dishes. We watch Chef Mike demonstrate how to cook green pepper with potatoes. Then we will learn two dishes hands on: gong bao doufu, and mushrooms with bok choy. Afterwards, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we have made.
