Learn how to make your own “Le Fraisier.” The Classic Fraisier Cake is a long-established, sophisticated French delicacy traditionally comprised of a genoise (sponge cake), imbibed with a sweet kirsch syrup, filled with fresh strawberries and vanilla-flavored mousseline cream, and topped with a thin layer of tinted almond paste.
