Tai Chi: Yang style is the most popular style of Tai Chi in the world and is one type of Chinese Internal Gong Fu. Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Ying Yang Philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tai Chi Yang style combines martial arts movements with breathing and energy. Yang style is thought to make energy flow more smoothly through the body. If you are looking to improve your health, this style is for you. Its steady but agile pace, and balance between hard and soft movement, offer great benefits for both healing and self-defense.
