Sushi is one of the most popular cuisines in the world. Our guide Lisa Zhu will work with a local Japanese expat to teach us how to make sushi and the Japanese national soup, Miso. We will make different types of sushi with tuna, cucumber, egg and vegetables. All ingredients are resourced from the Japanese market. Aren’t you ready for some fresh, homemade sushi?
