The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. On a trip to Shanghai, Marc Murphy, a judge on the television show Chopped, stopped by to learn how to make authentic Chinese food! Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to make three dishes: chili chicken, spiced tofu salad, and chili green beans. Afterwards, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we have made.
