The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Join us as Head Chef Mike teaches us how to make Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gow) and Siu Mai (delicious sticky rice breakfast dumplings). Afterward, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we have made.
