Janny Chyn from Shanghai Pathways will take us on a trip to the Shanghai Flower Port and Dishui Lake. At this time of year, the flower port becomes a mini-Holland. The local annual Tulip Festival, featuring over 500 different blooms of not only tulips, but various other plants such as hyacinths, roses, and anemones, has over 3.2 million bulbs bursting with beautiful colors and scents. After our stroll through the flowers, we will have a local lunch, followed by a visit to Dishui Lake, the largest artificial freshwater lake in China. Please visit our website, SEAShanghai.org, for more details.
