The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to make two dishes. The first, tangyuan, is dumplings filled with black sesame paste that are served during Lantern Festival. The second is sesame balls, served at Chinese celebrations throughout the year! Afterwards, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we have made.
