Qigong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. Liuzijue is a Chinese traditional method of Qigonq. There are six special Chinese characters associated with Liuzijue; each character’s pronunciation connects to a different organ’s energy. The practice combines breathing with beautiful movements, your body’s internal energy, and Chinese traditional medicine. Liuzijue is a special Qigong which can adjust the functions of organs like your liver, kidney, lungs, heart, and spleen. Practicing Qigong Liuzijue can help improve your physical fitness and prolong your life.
