QiGong is the umbrella term used for a variety of exercise types, the most well known of these, for us foreigners, is Tai Chi. QiGong BaDuanJin is one of the most famous QiGong in China. This traditional Chinese QiGong has been in existence for more than 1000 years. It was very popular back in the Song Dynasty (960-1279 AD). There are eight elegant movements in BaDuanJin. The BaDuanJin is an ideal lifetime exercise for most people. It is especially recommended for people who work at a desk every day. These eight exercises can strengthen one’s internal organs, as well as one’s muscles and tendons. It combines the movements with your energy and breathing harmoniously. Come and learn from Master Chen, who is a veteran martial arts teacher and has been teaching QiGong and Tai Chi for 29 years. He also speaks fluent English!
