Opened in 2017, COLCA is a fusion cuisine restaurant providing Peruvian food with a Nikkei influence. Please join us as we work with the COLCA chef to assemble and taste three yummy recipes: Fish Tiradito (a cold dish), Papa Rellena (a hot dish), and Alfajores (a Peruvian dessert). After the workshop we will enjoy one of COLCA’s classic house dishes, Barcelona Style Seafood Rice, followed by Petit Fours for dessert.
