Chef Alvin Leung holds three Michelin stars at his flagship restaurant, Bo Innovation, in Hong Kong. His new restaurant in Shanghai, Daimon Bistro, has a casual setting with many retro elements derived from old Kowloon City. The menu has a focus on small plates designed for sharing and features a mix of Chinese, Western and Southeast Asian cuisines. Join us as we celebrate Chinese New Year at this new restaurant on the Bund!
