The 1515 West, Chophouse & Bar combines the aesthetics of an Old Shanghai movie set with the décor of a classic American bar and grill. The restaurant features the 1515 West signature brand Australian beef, dry aged for 45 days. These artisan- produced cuts are handpicked by the executive chef, and then cut and weighed by the house butcher on an old-fashioned scale. Enjoy views of the piazza and the former home of Chairman Mao from the New-York-style Classic Bar. Diners can enjoy freshly baked bread from two vintage cast iron ovens, a comprehensive range of artisan cheese and small goods from the Charcuterie Room, and fresh oysters and seafood from around the world at the Raw Bar.
