Unfortunately this trip was cancelled.

Sitting at the confluence of Mekong and the Khan rivers, Luang Prabang is the most beautiful city in the country. According to UNESCO, the city has the best preserved fusion of traditional and colonial architecture in Asia.  On our 3 nights in this city, you will get a real taste of the city’s temples and museums, the night market, it’s quite back streets, and beautiful architecture. You will also see the amazing Kuangsi Waterfall and ride in a traditional long-tailed boat up the Mekong River to visit a local artisan village and a silversmith workshop.

Next we are on to Cambodia to see the Angkor temples WITHOUT THE CROWD! Stand alone in the morning mist among the soaring trees and serpentine roots of Ta Prohm; catch the hues of sunset on a moat sipping your gin & tonic! We travel out of the city to the floating villages of Kompong Khleang and have the opportunity to and interact with the locals. Explore the old Central Markets roam narrow lanes in the Cambodian craft sector. We also venture into the real countryside by vespa. A fun way to take in the sights, sounds, and smells of the countryside, and ride through the villages, rice paddies, wetland area. A great family friendly trip that should not be missed.
