The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Join us as Head Chef Mike teaches us how to make two signature dishes: Kung Pao Chicken and Scallion Pancakes. Afterwards, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we have made.
