The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to make two dishes. We will start with jiaozi – famously delicious dumplings – followed by beans in chili paste. Afterwards, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we have made.
