Please join us in Kanika’s Kitchen as she demonstrates how to make four Indian dishes out of her home: Chicken Dahi Masala, a chicken curry made with yogurt and tomatoes; Aloo Gobhi which is potato and cauliflower cooked with Indian spices; Green Pea Pulao which is a North Indian rice dish; and Minted Yogurt. Afterwards, learn more about Chef Kanika as we sit together for lunch.

Walk towards the Puming Lu gate passing the Club House. Ask the guards at the gate directions to the shorter building 12 opposite the fountain and next to the children’s play area.
Car directions: enter through the Puming Lu gate. The guard can direct you towards the way. The building is the shorter one opposite the fountain and next to the children’s play area.)
