The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to prepare two dishes. We will start with Goldfish Dumplings and then we will make steamed leaf buns. Afterward, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we created. A vegetarian option can be arranged in advance.
