Please join us for a Saturday afternoon tasting of five different gins. Estado’s manager George will share his knowledge of drink preparation for Gin Mare (Spanish made with olive, rosemary, thyme, basil and mandarin), Botanist (from Bruichladdich), Roku (from Japan’s Suntory), Crimson Pangolin (created in Shanghai and infused with coriander and lemon peel) and Martin Miller (mixed with Icelandic spring water and many flavors). While tasting the various versions of G&Ts, we will feast on French Jambon and cheese, chicken wings, croquettes, and BBQ octopus. A vegetarian option will be available.
