The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school in Shanghai targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to prepare two dishes. We will start with Four Happiness Dumplings, followed by Fried Spring Rolls. Afterwards, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we have created.
