Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) based food therapy is a Chinese dietary therapy. Under the guidance of TCM, food property regulates the body for health and to cure illnesses at early stages. By understanding TCM based food therapy, we can prevent and treat diseases by using foods correctly and reducing the intake of medicine. Anna Na, a registered Food Therapy Coach, who has studied TCM based food therapy for over 10 years will lead this discussion to help us understand how to apply food therapy on a daily basis to live a healthy life.
