The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to prepare two dishes. We will start with eggplant cooked with potatoes and pepper. Next we will make Shanghai Noodles. Afterward, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we have created.
