Egg Yolk Filled Buns & Insect Dumplings

The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to prepare two dishes. We will start by making steamed buns with an egg yolk filling and then we will prepare Insect Dumplings. Please note – they are called Insect Dumplings because of their shape—no insects are harmed in the cooking process! Afterward, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we have created. A vegetarian option can be arranged in advance.
