Opened in 2017, COLCA is a new fusion cuisine restaurant providing Peruvian food with a Nikkei influence. Please join us as we work with the COLCA chef to assemble and taste three yummy recipes: Chicken Potato Causa, Don Ceviche with Tigers Milk, and Pork Open Face Sandwich. After the class we will enjoy a classic meal of the house, Barcelona Style Seafood Rice, with Petit Fours for dessert.
