Orangetheory Fitness just opened their first studio in China! They would like to invite all SEA members for a FREE trial. Orangetheory Fitness is a 5-zone heart rate monitored high intensity interval group training workout led by a coach. The coach will push you to the top 2 zones which will help accelerate fat loss and increase calorie burn. Additionally, once you achieve 12 to 20 minutes in the top 2 zones, you’ll also reach EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) or better known as the afterburn – which helps you burn an additional 36 hours of additional calories. The workout consists of cardio and strength training, including free weights and TRX. Orangetheory Fitness was recently called the “best one hour workout in the country” by the New York Times.
