Invented during the 19th century, Mahjong became China’s most popular game. In this game of strategy and luck, the excitement lies in the decisions that you constantly have to make. Is it preferable to discard a tile and thus gain an advantage, or would it be more prudent to stay with a decent hand? A Mahjong specialist will introduce us to the game with a short history and will explain the tiles and general rules. We will then learn the allocation ritual of the tiles and how to play the game.
