The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to prepare two dishes. We will start with Beer Chicken, a wok stir-fry dish. We will then make Half-Moon Shaped Dumplings. Afterward, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes we created. A vegetarian option can be arranged in advance.
