Mr. Meat focuses on food safety, great taste, and healthy choices. They work with only well-known and respectable plants from around the world and offer hormone-free, free-range imported poultry, free-range Iberian pork, and imported grass-fed beef. Please join us for this hands-on cooking class as we integrate some traditionally western meat cuts into Asian cuisine. Today, we will learn how to make Beef Stew Noodles and a Thai Chicken Salad. After we have cooked our meal, we will enjoy our lunch paired with wine.
