This dynamic and fun class uses elements of yoga, Pilates, and aerial conditioning. You’ll be working between the ground and air with the assistance of suspended fabric. As you transition from one pose to the next, you will learn to use your own bodyweight for support. This effective workout will help you build endurance, strength, and stability, and will enhance your body awareness – leading you to be leaner and more toned.
