In 2012, China Central Television launched a documentary, “A Bite of China”. It tells the history and stories behind Chinese cuisine: its symbolism, the relation between nature and the people, the creation of unique foods and traditional recipes. The documentary has been greatly received and screened in Singapore, Australia, and France. Our guide, Lisa Zhu, has selected and episode and would like to invite those who love food and travel to watch this production together. The 50 minute long episode will be in English and Lisa will add some geography, history, culture and traveling information at the end as well as take our questions.
